Free 3-day mini-course

Start a business in a weekend.

A functioning business by Sunday night — offer chosen, set up, and your first real ask made. Not revenue. Not a guarantee of income. Just an offer a stranger could say yes to, and the ask itself.

Friday night — about an hour — you pick your playbook and work through its first-hour tasks: buy supplies, publish a shop, or learn exactly what's worth buying tomorrow, depending which one you choose. What that hour produces is different for each playbook. What's the same is that you're already moving, not still deciding.

One method, three days

Every playbook follows the same shape. Only the specifics change.

Friday night

About an hour

Pick and go live

Choose the playbook that fits what you've actually got this weekend — a car and a driveway, a free Saturday and a good eye for a bargain, or a laptop and a couple of evenings. Then work through its first-hour tasks, top to bottom: the specific handful of things to buy, set up, or write before bed. You'll also land on a real starting price, using the number your playbook recommends and why.

Saturday

The longest day

Make it real

Saturday is where the work happens — detailing a car, hunting and photographing a haul, or shaping two more designs, depending on which playbook you picked. You capture the photos that will do your convincing for you, put together a short three-sentence pitch, and write down ten actual people, doors, or groups you plan to approach the next day.

Sunday

The day it counts

The ask

Sunday, you use the scripts your playbook hands you — word for word — to make all ten asks: a knock, a post, a message. Most of the ten won't say yes, and that's ordinary, not a bad sign. What counts is that every answer gets logged as a real data point instead of staying a guess.

Pick one playbook

All three follow Friday–Saturday–Sunday. Choose the one that matches what you actually have this weekend — the course only asks you to read the one you pick.

Car Detailing

The most hands-on playbook: you wash and detail a car at the customer's home. Friday you buy supplies and set a price; Saturday you practice and take real photos; Sunday you knock on doors and ask ten real people to book you.

Startup cost: about $86, and most of it is reusable after this weekend.

Yard-Sale & Thrift Flipping

Friday night is pure research — checking what similar secondhand items actually sold for, before you spend a dollar. Saturday you buy under a strict price ceiling; Sunday you list everything. The real business is the repeatable loop, not a sale by tonight.

Startup cost: about $50 in buying capital, which becomes inventory until something sells.

Print-on-Demand

Your first listing goes live tonight — a real Etsy shop, open and connected, inside about an hour. The honest trade: Etsy search takes weeks to months to find a new shop, so sales take longer. This weekend's win is the live shop and honest reactions, not a sale.

Startup cost: about $16 to have three designs live.
